Great location, very clean, and comfortable. The place is located in a very quite neighborhood. It has all that you need for a day to day life, lots of storage, high speed internet connection, high quality cutlery and dishes, washer and dryer. Nick is an excellent host and very responsive. One day the AC broke down (due to extreme heat wave), but it was fixed the same day. I was very impressed with that! And you can always reach out to Nick with any questions about your stay.Would highly recommend this place if you need to find a stay in Toronto!

We stayed at two of Nick’s AirBnBs in TO while I was getting surgery at Toronto Western. The one was super close. It was clean, convenient, and Nick is a very responsive host. It was a super stressful time for us, and this AirBnB made it just a bit better. I would definitely recommend staying and would have no hesitations to stay again when I am back in TO. Great location (even if you aren’t going to TO Western), great AirBnB.

Nicks place is lovely – I love that he has Netflix on TV. The kitchen is well stocked except for a baking pan for the oven. I love the layout of the place, including the open kitchen. The place is also located near great restaurants and a hip area. Thanks, Nick!

Excellent experience with host Nick and the apartment was great, as advertised. Convenient location, on a pretty residential street that was only steps away from the action, very pedestrian friendly.

Little Italy

Little Italy, sometimes referred to as College Street West, is a district in TorontoOntario, Canada. It is known for its Italian Canadian restaurants and businesses. There is also a significant Latin-Canadian and Portuguese-Canadian community in the area. The district is centred on a restaurant/bar/shopping strip along College Street, centred at the intersection of College and Grace Streets and the adjacent residential area, but spreading out between Ossington Avenue and Dufferin Street. The exact borders of the district are imprecise. The area south of College to Dundas Street is almost always considered part of Little Italy. The area north of Harbord Street is known as Palmerston–Little Italy or Bickford Park.

CN Tower

The CN Tower is a 553.3 m-high (1,815.3 ft). Built on the former Railway Lands, it was completed in 1976. Its name “CN” originally referred to Canadian National, the railway company that built the tower. Following the railway’s decision to divest non-core freight railway assets prior to the company’s privatization in 1995, it transferred the tower to the Canada Lands Company, a federal Crown corporation responsible for real estate development.

The CN Tower held the record for the world’s tallest free-standing structure for 32 years until 2007 and was the world’s tallest tower until 2009.  It is now the ninth tallest tower in the world and remains the tallest free-standing structure in the Western Hemisphere. In 1995, the CN Tower was declared one of the modern Seven Wonders of the World by the American Society of Civil Engineers. It also belongs to the World Federation of Great Towers. It is a signature icon of Toronto’s and attracts more than two million international visitors annually

Kensington Market

Kensington Market is a walkable bohemian neighbourhood that draws artists and tourists to its indie shops, vintage boutiques and arts spaces. The Market is also home to a wide array of specialty grocers, bakeries and cheese shops. Hipsters frequent trendy bars, cafes and international restaurants that range from casual to fine dining. Students and families populate Victorian houses along tree-lined streets.

The Market is an older neighbourhood and one of the city’s most well-known. In November 2006, it was designated a National Historic Site of CanadaRobert Fulford wrote in 1999 that “Kensington today is as much a legend as a district. The (partly) outdoor market has probably been photographed more often than any other site in Toronto.
