The temperature is NEST maintained throughout the year in the RANGE of 20-24 degrees celsius. NO EXCESSIVE HEATING OR COOLING IS PERMITTEDPlease also be aware of your level of noise especially at night with quiet time after 10 pm.This is a NON SMOKING unit. Pets are not permitted in the rental unit under any conditions (reason being some guests may have allergies relating to pets) The use of the property is for SHORT-TERM accommodation only, and will not be used for ANY commercial or business purposes. EXCESSIVE WEAR AND TEAR due to GUESTS WHO WORK FROM HOME MAY RESULT IN EXTRA CHARGES ie. Additional cleaning, costs to replace broken or missing Items such as cutlery, dishes etc. TO AVOID these additional costs, ALL GUESTS should maintain the apartment in a clean and tidy matter.The premises shall neither be used as a party venue nor any social gathering, no guests other than confirmed guests on the reservation are permitted inside the unit at any given time, without the prior consent of the Owner. ALL GUESTS assume responsibility for the behaviour of their guests during the term and any damage to the suite and property. Should there be a noise complaint during the time of occupancy or any violation of the above-stated conditions, the Owner, at their sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and regain possession without providing compensation.Strict adherence to these House Rules is very much appreciated. Failing to comply will result in the termination of the reservation and you being asked to leave the premises.
